Sales conditions

• All passes are personal and non-transferable.
• A recent identity photo is required for season passes.
• In the event of loss, destruction, theft, or error involving a pass, a new pass will be issued for the remaining validity period. This will be done, following the usual verification procedures, upon presentation of the proof of purchase issued at the time of purchase and/or upon providing the pass number indicated on the pass. The applicable processing fee for reissuing a pass is set at: €10 for any pass that is forgotten, lost, or damaged; €5 for any error on the part of the user when purchasing or reloading a pass online.
• No refunds will be issued in the event of illness, accident, or other circumstances, adverse weather conditions, or any other factor beyond the control of the ski lift operators.
• Be sure to get insurance.
• Shipping terms (Terms and Conditions) are posted at the checkout counters, provided upon request, and available online.
• For discounted rates (children, seniors, students, etc.), you may be asked to show proof of eligibility during a ticket inspection.
• Everyone is required to purchase a reusable support.
