The KeyCard or hands-free card is a support similar to a credit card. It contains an electronic chip on which information about your ski pass is encoded (type of pass, validity date, etc.). Once reloaded and put in a pocket of your jacket, the Keycard allows you to access the ski lifts and ski areas without even having to take off your gloves, dig in your pockets or in your bag to introduce your ski pass in a terminal.
This rechargeable, reusable and non-refundable card is sold for 3 €.

No ! If you already have an existing KeyCard, you can indeed link it to your purchase (this is called recharging). If, on the other hand, you do not yet have a KeyCard, you can simply buy one. It will be delivered to you when you arrive at the ski resort (you just need to show the proof of purchase you received by email at a ski pass pick-up terminal).
The number of your KeyCard is easily identifiable: It is a series of numbers printed on one side of the card (e.g. 01-16142029163532471925-5).

Yes, you can use a KeyCard from another resort (Puy St Vincent, Vars, Risoul or les Orres for example).
Attention : Only the Keycards beginning with "01-" are rechargeable.
KeyCards with numbers starting with "08-", "09-" or "25-" are not compatible with our ticketing system and cannot be used.
<p>Once your order of ski pass(es) has been validated and paid for, you will receive a summary by email. This document is your receipt. It lists all the passes you ordered as well as any additional purchases you may have made (insurance, keycards, etc.). We invite you to keep this email (if necessary to print it) in order to be able to present it at the ticket office in case of problem during your stay in the resort. Please note that it is with this order receipt that you will be able to collect your ski passes from the kiosks provided.
Come to the ticket office with your order confirmation (email on your smartphone or printed beforehand). A new KeyCard will be given to you in order to give you access to the ski area.
If you've opted to reload your existing KeyCard(s), there's no need to go to the cashier - your lift passes will be activated automatically the first time you use a lift. So you can go straight to the ski runs.
If, on the other hand, you have opted to purchase a ski pass and its support, you must collect it from the lift pass office in the resort. All you have to do is present your order receipt (paper version or electronic version on your smarphone) at the cash desk to collect your passes.
No, we do not offer to send ski passes by mail. Your ski passes are to be picked up on site (at the ticket office).
Assur'Glisse is the ski insurance offered by over 130 mountain resorts in France, in all mountain ranges (EXCEPT the Savoie department). It provides you with specific cover for skiing and snowboarding, and reduces or eliminates the costs you would have to bear following an accident on the slopes. You can consult the full range of cover offered by this insurance on the ASSUR' GLISSE website.
If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
